The Croatian sun practically killed my skin. Totally worth it though.
Travelled with Ian to 8 places in 2.5 weeks while maxing out the little amount of energy I had left from fighting exchange. In Hvar, we planned to see the lavender fields but sadly, they were all destroyed from the fire in 1995 so there weren't much left. Only patches were left here and there. We rented a manual car to explore the entire island. *PS:// All those times messing with the clutch paid finally paid off. I loved the decks and pavilions along the sea, small pods of gardens set up next to homes for restaurants and just basking in the glory of slower paced lives. Boy am I going to dread it when the new term begins.
