Favourite NTU Food

This probably looks disgusting to many but it's my favourite Chinese meal in NTU. We call it "Qing Chao" - loosely translated to "lightly fried". It's the Quad's Yong Tau Fu which was originally at Can 2. We used to have it after classes in Y1 and Y2 but after they moved, not so much. There's just something about the smell of eggs fried with seaweed with simple sauce. There's probably a lot of MSG but this is one dish I can live with it for. Jo and Feng usually get it with either instant-noodles (which comes as one of the YTF options) or a bowl of rice. I'm usually satisfied with just the ingredients. *Thus, my life is complete* I shall go have some today.
